System webpagewww.sun-mar.com/prod_flush.html
System Type – Semi-flush – Tank
Summary – The Centrix, low flush systems are a range of 6 models that use a 1 pint flush toilet pedestal and pipe the contents into a remote composting chamber that is below the system, but does not have to be directly below it, allowing much greater installation flexibility.
There are 3 size systems; the Centrex 1000, Centrex 2000 and Centrex 3000 with the smallest being suitable for light cottage use, and the largest for heavy cottage use or medium house use. There is electric and non electric (NE) models in each size.
The electric versions have a heater under the pile and a fan to assist venting.
The toilet pedestal is similar to standard toilets, although with a smaller flush. The system does not separate the urine.
With a long history of use, these systems are great where the more traditional flush system is preferred.
